Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. The best way to start a return is to contact us by email at info@owltires.ca with your order details.

Please contact us within 90 days of delivery with your invoice and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Wheels and tires must not be mounted.

Returns due to customer cancellation or refusal may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify OWL TIRES within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review the case and arrange either a replacement or a refund once the item is returned. No restocking fee will apply in these cases.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

For all other approved returns, a restocking fee of 20% or more may apply.

  • Refunds do not cover already installed parts
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Most special-order items are non-returnable
  • If a special-order return is accepted, it may be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee, plus any shipping charges incurred

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
