U.S. Shipping Notice

Due to U.S. customs duties and complex import declaration procedures, shipping tires and tire packages to the United States is temporarily paused.

Select wheel-only orders may be available for shipment to the U.S. In such cases, the customer is solely responsible for all applicable U.S. customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and sales taxes charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
OWL TIRES is not responsible for any delays, refusals, or additional charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities.

Shipping Rates (Canada)

Shipping rates within Canada are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, package size, weight, and carrier selection.

  • Atlantic Provinces, Territories & Remote Areas

Address Requirements

Please ensure that your order includes a valid postal code and physical street address.
Most products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays, additional charges, or order cancellation.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • For in-stock items, we will contact you within 2–3 business days with courier and tracking information.
  • Special-order or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time depending on manufacturer availability.
  • A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped.

Packaging Standards

  • Wheels & parts: shipped in original manufacturer packaging
  • Tires: shipped in original form with shipping labels attached
  • Wheel & tire packages: mounted and balanced, with wheel faces protected

Any required hardware (hub rings, bolts, spacers, etc.) will be boxed and attached separately. Please look for packaging marked “Hardware Enclosed”.
