All products sold by OWL TIRES are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage, eligibility, and claim outcomes are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Tire Warranty
All tires purchased from our online or physical store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
For detailed warranty terms, coverage limitations, and exclusions, please refer directly to the tire manufacturer’s official website.
Tire Warranty Claims
To initiate a tire warranty claim, customers must contact a local authorized dealer of the tire brand.
Only authorized dealers are able to:
- Inspect the tire
- Determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer warranty claim
Please visit the manufacturer’s website to locate an authorized dealer in your area.
If there is no authorized dealer available in your region, please contact OWL TIRES for further instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim.
Additional fees such as shipping, inspection, or labor charges may apply.
Wheel Warranty
All wheels purchased from our online or physical store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
- Structural defects (such as cracks or air leaks)
- Finish defects not caused by road hazards, impact damage, or improper use

Wheel Warranty Claims
To initiate a wheel warranty claim, please contact OWL TIRES with proof of purchase.
The warranty claim process may require:
- Photos of the affected wheel(s)
- Additional documentation requested by the manufacturer
If the wheel is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, the wheel may need to be shipped to the manufacturer or OWL TIRES for further inspection.
Once the warranty claim is approved, a replacement wheel will be shipped to the customer.
Please note that shipping, labor, or handling fees may apply.
Tire & Wheel Package Warranty
All tire and wheel packages purchased from OWL TIRES are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In addition, OWL TIRES stands behind the mounting and balancing services provided.
All tire and wheel packages are mounted and Road Force balanced by our technicians prior to delivery.
Warranty Exchange Options
In warranty cases where an exchange or product swap is required, the following options are available:
Quick Option
- The customer places a second order, which will be charged in full
- The replacement product is shipped immediately
- A return is processed for the warranty product
- Once the manufacturer approves the warranty claim, a refund for the second order will be issued
Standard Option
- If the customer does not wish to place a second order
- The original product is returned and inspected
- Once inspection is completed, a replacement order will be shipped
Wheel Balance Warranty Policy
All tire and wheel packages are balanced prior to shipment.
In the rare event that a wheel balance weight comes off during transit or initial use, OWL TIRES will cover rebalancing costs up to CAD $25 per affected wheel, which reflects standard labor rates for this service.
This coverage:
- Applies only to wheels where balance weights have come off
- Does not apply to unrelated vibration issues or road damage
Customers are advised to confirm which wheel(s) require rebalancing and service only the affected wheel(s).
