Return Policy
At OWL TIRES, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit or is no longer needed. Our team is here to help.
To start a return request, please contact us by email at info@owltires.ca.
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of delivery by email. Your request must include:
- The original invoice
- The reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products returned without prior return authorization from OWL TIRES
- Lug nuts and TPMS sensors
- Tires or wheels damaged due to road hazards
- Products damaged during installation
- Used or damaged products
- Mounted or balanced wheels or tires
- Summer & winter tire packages
- Fitment issues caused by missing or incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of order

Manufacturer special order* items or clearance products

Wheels that have been repainted by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review each case individually. Depending on the situation:
- A replacement may be shipped, or
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method after the defective product is returned
There will be no restocking fee for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items caused by OWL TIRES.
Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
- All other approved returns may be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee
- Refunds may exclude any installed parts
- Most special order items are not eligible for return
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
If an item is a special order* or ordered specifically for the customer, the order cannot be fully refunded once placed and will be subject to:
- A 15% or higher restocking fee
- Any additional shipping charges incurred
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.
